The Mission
The Mission of On Target Recovery Inc. is to bridge the gap between homelessness and self sufficiency. We serve the Veterans and Non-Veteran Community such as IDOC Ex-offenders and Recovering Substance Abuser. We accomplish our mission through the process of continuum care. We challenge the individual to utilize their potential to build a new life free from substance abuse, crime and homelessness.
