On Target Recovery Inc. is a NFP/501c3 organization dedicated to serving the homeless community in the Chicago and surrounding areas. At On Target Recovery Inc., our mission is to eliminate homelessness within the Veterans and Non- Veteran communities through the process of continuum care.
